Our Preparation Method

Each Margherita Classica is made to order following traditional Neapolitan methods:

  1. Our dough ferments for 72 hours to develop complex flavors and the perfect texture
  2. The dough ball is hand-stretched (never rolled) to preserve the air pockets
  3. We ladle our house-made San Marzano tomato sauce in a spiral from the center
  4. Fresh mozzarella is torn by hand and placed strategically for even melting
