Our Vegan Mediterranean pizza is a celebration of plant-based flavors inspired by the vibrant cuisine of the Mediterranean. We start with our specially crafted vegan dough, which undergoes the same 72-hour fermentation process as our traditional dough for maximum flavor.

Our Preparation Method

Each Vegan Mediterranean pizza is prepared with care in a dedicated vegan preparation area:

  1. Our vegan dough ferments for 72 hours to develop complex flavors and the perfect texture
  2. The dough ball is hand-stretched (never rolled) to preserve the air pockets
  3. We ladle our house-made San Marzano tomato sauce in a spiral from the center
  4. Plant-based mozzarella is distributed evenly across the surface
  5. We artfully arrange the Mediterranean toppings: roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, red onions, and sun-dried tomatoes
  6. The pizza is baked in a dedicated vegan section of our wood-fired oven at 850°F for 90 seconds
  7. After baking, we finish with a drizzle of herb-infused olive oil and a sprinkle of fresh oregano
