Our Preparation Method

Each Gluten-Free Quattro Formaggi pizza is prepared with care in a designated gluten-free preparation area:

  1. Our gluten-free dough is crafted from a special blend of rice flour, tapioca starch, and potato starch
  2. The dough is allowed to rise for optimal texture and flavor development
  3. It is hand-pressed (rather than stretched) into a perfect circle
  4. We carefully layer the four cheeses, starting with mozzarella as the base
